Applicants for this course will already be well versed in the basics of screenwriting and will understand what is meant by industry standard formatting, visual writing, character development, story structure and plot development.
You will already have a basic story premise for your short or feature film, which over eight weeks we will workshop to develop into a full short film script (up to 30 pages), or in the case of feature films will be developed into a professional standard five page treatment. This will entail a time commitment from you to write at home between sessions.
