The PBQ consortium was established in 2007 between three independent cinemas in the East Midlands region.
The consortium works to deliver a selection of audience development services to cinemas across the region in order to help cinemas find audiences for specialised film titles.

Broadway is an independent cinema. Their aim is to bring you the best films from all corners of the globe, from Hollywood's must-see global blockbusters to the most indie, cult, quirky work around.
In the last six decades, they’ve grown from a Film Society run by enthusiasts into a 4 screen independent cinema, somewhere you can not only watch a movie, but where you can eat, drink and learn about film too.
QUAD is a cinema, gallery, cafe and workshop space that anyone can use. QUAD connects people and businesses to art and film for entertainment, education and participation. There are artist studios you can hire and a BFI Médiathèque which you can use to watch various videos. QUAD runs creative courses for adults and children. The cinema shows a range of different movies from old subtitle movies to the latest movies.
